XenoROM Voice · R0 — The Lahan Arc
Xenogears, finally voiced.
A free, non-commercial fan voice track that plays live in RetroArch — in sync with the game, in real time. No ROM patch, no modified emulator. R0 covers the complete Lahan arc.
Free · ~38 MB · two mirrors (itch.io + GitHub).
Please read. All voices are AI-generated — not real actors. Xenogears was never voice-acted, so no performer is being replaced. Xenogears © Square Enix — this project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Square Enix. It ships no game data; you bring your own legally-owned disc.

How it works
1 · Reads
Reads the game's on-screen text from RetroArch's RAM.
2 · Matches
Matches it to a pre-recorded AI voice clip.
3 · Speaks
Plays it live — read-only, and silent on any line it doesn't recognize.

Pairs with Xenogears HD
Stacks cleanly with 1vierock's Xenogears HD texture pack on the same RetroArch + Beetle PSX HW core — textures + voice, all non-invasive. Get their pack from vierockhd.ca. (We don't redistribute their work.)
